The problem with using real estate buzz words – ones that are used most often – is that your listing now sounds just like everyone else’s listing. We all know that today’s buyer does not only rely on agent listings and presentation, oh no. They are on Zillow, Realtor.com and Trulia checking out listings. They will be looking at maybe a hundred listings during their shopping experience. Don’t you think they will get tired of reading “beautiful house”, “must see”, “move in ready.” After awhile your readers are not even going to give consideration to these phrases. Let’s see if we can take our listings up a notch and come up with some unique and property specific terms that catch a buyer’s eye.
